Your Role in the Game Plan

To set us up for success, you’ll need to:

• Supply any legal or regulatory details we must include in your website copy.
• Grant us permission to optimize and connect with your web team or hosting crew if needed.
• Provide access to your site’s traffic stats—data’s our fuel for results.
• Let us use your logos, images, and content to power our SEO and marketing efforts.
• Share revision requests within 7 days of getting a draft, or we’ll assume it’s a go.

What This Deal Entails

By signing on, you agree that:

• Fees are non-refundable—once we’re rolling, we’re all in.
• Our fees, docs, and strategies stay confidential between us.
• Search engines run their own show—we’ll push hard, but their rules reign.
• You’ll review our copy for compliance (we’ll nail it as best we can, but you’ve got final sign-off).
• This contract’s only valid if signed and returned within 15 days.
• We’re not liable if someone else tweaks your site and tanks our SEO work.

Extra Firepower

Want more? Email campaigns, social posts, paid ads, or fractional CMO guidance—we’ve got you at $65-$150/hour. We’ll confirm it with an order form, no surprises.

Protecting Our Turf

You’ll back us up if your content (text, pics, etc.) sparks a lawsuit or IP claim. Give us a heads-up fast, and we’ll tackle it together. If a third party overwrites our SEO efforts, fixing it’s on you at $110/hour.

No Crystal Ball Here

We’re not on the hook for wildcards like lost profits or tech glitches beyond our control. Our services come “as is”—no extra warranties implied. Third-party tools or meddling? That’s outside our lane.

Your Content, Your Call

You confirm your text, graphics, or logos are yours or cleared for use. If they stir up trouble, you’ll shield us from the storm.

Keeping It Under Wraps

Our strategies, rates, and know-how? Locked down for 2 years, even post-project. Same goes for your info—unless it’s public or a court says otherwise.

When Life Throws Curveballs

If floods, outages, or chaos hit, we’re not liable for delays. We’ll hustle to keep things on track.

Staying or Splitting

Need to part ways? Give us 30 days’ written notice. No word at renewal? We’ll keep going month-to-month, same terms, until someone calls it. Early exit means you owe 30% of the remaining contract.

Where We Settle Scores

California law governs. Disputes? We’ll talk it out first. If that flops after 10 days, it’s arbitration in Riverside County—fast, fair, no crazy damages. Courts can step in for urgent fixes.
